If you are a conservative Weak 2 preempter, it is best to use 2NT to ask for a Feature (an outside Ace or King). Since a 2nd seat Weak 2 bid should always show a good suit, it is best to play 2NT as Feature opposite a 2nd seat Weak 2 preempt. The preempter uses the following rules to reply:

If preempter doesn’t have a good suit (i.e. 2 of the top 3 honors, or 3 of the top 5 honors), preempter rebids their suit at the 3-level.

If preempter has a good suit, but no outside Ace or King, preempter rebids their suit at the 3-level.

If preempter has a good suit and an outside Ace or King, preempter bids the suit of their outside Ace or King.

If preempter has the AKQ in their suit, preempter bids 3NT.
